Training policy

The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for handling deposits and full payments for training courses, ensuring clarity, fairness and financial accountability. 

1. Depsoit Requirements:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure enrollment in the training course.

The deposit will be applied towards the total course fee upon completion of the full payment.

2. Full Payment:

The full payment for the training course is due no later than 14 days before the scheduled start date of the course.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling 

3. 14 Day Window:

- After full payment you have 14 days to cancel or reschedule.

-To receive a refund, requests must be made within this 14-day window. However the deposit is non-refundable.

3. Late Cancellation/Rescheduling:

- Requests made less than 14 days before the training are not eligible for a refund. 

The full amount, including the deposit will be forfeited. 

4. Organiser Cancellation:

- If we cancel the training, a full refund, including the deposit will be provided.

- We are not liable for additional expenses like travel or accomodation.
