This policy outlines the procedures and terms for securing bookings with a deposit at Body Secrets.
1. Booking Deposit Requirement:
All bookings at Body Secrets must be secured with a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Failure to pay will result in the booking not being secured.
2. Deposit Refundability:
Deposits are non-refefundable in the following cases:
- Bookings cancelled with less than 72 hours notice.
- Missed appointments or last minute cancellations.
3. Cancellation Policy:
Clients must provide at least 72 hours notice if they need to cancel their booking to be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will forefit the entire deposit amount.
4. Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule their booking without penalty if done at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. The original deposit will be applied to the new booking date.

1. Missed Session Policy: Clients enrolled on a course of body contouring treatments must adhere to the following rescheduling guidelines for missed sessions.
2. Rescheduling Timeframe:
Clients may reschedule a body contouring session within 72 hours of the originally scheduled appointment time without incurring additional fees.
3. Late Rescheduling:
If a client requests to reschedule a missed session with less than 72 hours notice, the missed appointment policy will apply.
4. Missed Appointment Fee:
Clients who fail to provide at least 72 hours notice for rescheduling a missed session will be subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the treatment cost for that session to be rescheduled.
5. Payment Requirement:
The fee for rescheduling a missed session with less than 72 hours notice must be paid in full before the new appointment can be scheduled.
6. Reinstatement Of Session:
Upon payment of the rescheduling fee, clients may schedule a replacement session at the earliest available time, subject to availability.
7. No-Shows:
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a missed appointment, and the rescheduling policy outlined above will apply if you would like to reschedule this.
8. Acknowledgement:
By enrolling on a course of body contouring treatments, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to this missed session rescheduling policy.

1. No Refunds Once Treatment Course Has Commenced:
Once a client has commenced their course of body contouring treatments, they are not eligible for a refund on any remaining sessions within the booked course. This applies regardless of the number of treatments already received within the course.
2. Cancellation Prior To Course Commencement:
Clients are entitled to a full refund of any prepaid sessions if they choose to cancel their booking 72 hours before the commencement of the treatment course. However, any administrative of processing fees incurred during the booking process may be non-refundable.
3. Exceptions:
In exceptional circumstances, such as medical reasons preventing the client from completing the treatment course, Body Secrets may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Clients must provide appropriate documentation to support their request for consideration.
4. Policy Awareness:
Clients will be made aware of this refund policy at the time of booking their body contouring treatment course.
5. Clarification:
Any questions or concerns regarding the refund policy should be addressed to Body Secrets prior to booking or commencement of the treatment course.
6. Enforcement:

DIGITAL GIFT VOUCHER POLICY
This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the issuance, use and expiration of digital gift vouchers sent via email. By purchasing or using a digital gift voucher, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Issuance Of Digital Gift Vouchers:
Digital gift vouchers are available for purchase through our official website or authorised platforms.
Upon successful payment, the digital gift voucher will be sent to the recipients email address provided at the time of purchase.
Please ensure the accuracy of the recipient's email address. We are not responsible for digital gift vouchers sent to incorrect email addresses due to errors made by the purchaser.
2. Use Of Digital Gift Vouchers:
Digital gift vouchers can be redeemed for service treatments only.
To redeem a gift voucher, the recipient must present the digital voucher code at the time of booking.
Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
If the total value of the service exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the recipient will be required to pay the difference.
If the total value of the service is less than the value of the gift voucher, no change or credit will be given.
4. Expiration & Validity:
Digital gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
The expiration date is stated on the digital gift voucher and cannot be extended.
Unused balances remaining on the digital gift voucher after the expiration date will be forefited.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
Digital gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen gift vouchers will not be replaced.
We are not responsible for unauthorised use of the digital gift vouchers.
5. General Terms:
Digital gift vouchers are treated as cash and should be protected accordingly.
